- Jul 10, 2016 I got off to a pretty good start with Neverwinter Nights over the last few days. I got it working reasonably well under Windows 10 on my ThinkPad, played through the tutorial, and got started on the first “chapter.” I had a little trouble with the ThinkPad last night though, so I decided to do some troubleshooting.
- I can not even get my Neverwinter to open, as soon as the program begins loading it crashes. I did not have this issue prior to the newest update. I am using windows 10. Have filed crash report from computer when it happens.
- Since my last post, I have installed a couple of my older games, Neverwinter Nights 1 and Neverwinter Nights 2, and while Neverwinter Nights 1 works fine, Neverwinter Nights 2 causes the same crashing problem. Neverwinter Nights 2 did not cause my machine to crash on my other hard drive, even with the same exact graphics settings.

Post Oct 28, 2017 #10 2017-10-29T01:48 My issue was a bit different then both Wise and Andare: I upgraded to Win-10 on my old computer, didn't put NWN on a new computer running Win-10. So all my NWN files were in place.
