Apr 24, 2011 Civilization Tier List for Age of Empires 2 DE I'm sorry if this question is asked every week and everyone here is tired of answering it, but I still want to see yet another of best and worst civilizations in this game, even though many have already said that there is no single best or worst. Captains mode is a turn-based civilization picker. Each captain can pick and ban civilizations in a predefined order. Bans prevent the opponent's captain from picking the civilizations. For each turn captains have 30 seconds. In case of timeout a random civilization is picked or banned for the captain.

I'm still waiting for the changes to be made mathematically so that this game is truly competitive at once like they do in Aoe 2, Starcraft or similar games.Aoe2 Civ Tier List Maker

You are right about your criticism about people's complaints about the uhlans' hp, 180 was a balanced number, but in the end, interests outweigh the numbers.
